• Sample orders: 1–3 sheets for material evaluation. Sample cost is fully refundable against your first commercial order above MOQ.

Yes. Our HPL panels carry fire performance ratings compliant with international standards referenced by SEA building codes:

• EN 13501-1 (European standard): Class B/C — accepted by most SEA countries for commercial interiors

• ASTM E84 (US standard): Class A or Class B — accepted by projects with US specification consultants

• SGS fire test reports: Available on request for specification submission to local authorities

Fire rating requirements vary by building type (commercial vs. hospitality vs. healthcare) and local authority. We recommend specifying your project location and building type at inquiry so we can confirm the applicable test report and panel grade. All documents can be provided at no charge.

Standard sheet sizes:

• 2440 × 1220 mm (most common, equivalent to 8×4 ft)

• 3050 × 1530 mm (large format, for floor-to-ceiling applications)

• Custom mill sizes available for large-volume orders

Cut-to-size service: We offer CNC precision cutting for project orders. Panels are cut with a routed/sealed edge, ±1mm tolerance. Minimum cut size: 200×200mm. This service adds approximately 3–5 working days to the standard lead time.

For toilet partition projects, we recommend submitting your CAD floor plan or toilet bay layout — we will produce a full cut list and BOM (bill of materials) for your review before production begins.

• EXW — Ex-Works at our Foshan factory. You or your forwarder collects and handles all freight.
